Lime plaster is specified here for sound internal substrates. Photographs of loose coatings, cracks or damp help distinguish this finishing package from removal or repair work that may need to come first.

At handover

Review the measured area, finish and agreed details together. Any outstanding items are recorded against the quotation before the work is closed.
