The website is operated under the Costitalia brand by COSTRUZIONI ITALIA SAS DI AZZOLINA FILIPPO & C, VAT 01122470477, REA PT-120118. It presents building service scopes and accepts project enquiries.

Budgets and quotations

Catalogue budgets relate to the exact stated area and included work, excluding VAT. They are not an unconditional fixed price for an entire project. Site condition, access, materials, permissions, tax treatment and exclusions are confirmed in the written quotation. Sending a request does not place an order or take a payment.

Agreement, changes and cancellation

Work begins only after the scope, programme and commercial terms are agreed. Changes, cancellation conditions and payment stages are recorded in the quotation or contract. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected; no website term excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Completion and questions

The work is reviewed against the agreed scope. Please raise issues with the project reference and supporting information at costitalia@pm.me. Relevant contract terms and applicable law govern the project.
