The two-layer membrane package starts on a compatible prepared surface. Show drainage points, parapets and thresholds: these details help separate ordinary junctions from more complex work or corrections to the roof build-up.

  • Roof plan, area and existing waterproofing
  • Outlets, ponding and edge details
  • Roof access and any removal or insulation needed

At handover

Review the measured area, finish and agreed details together. Any outstanding items are recorded against the quotation before the work is closed.
